Scheduled Appointments
If you are scheduled for an appointment at Saint Mary’s Health Care, please
complete the registration form below or call 616-685-6094 to
get pre-registered. If your appointment is within the next 24
hours please call. A customer service representative will
be happy to validate your demographic and insurance information in our computer
system. This will decrease the possibility of your receiving a bill and
ensure the hospital has accurate information to contact you regarding your care.
Saint Mary’s Health Care makes every attempt to pre-register
anyone who is scheduled for an inpatient or outpatient procedure. Please
remember to bring a valid picture ID and current insurance
information with you for your appointment.

Lab drawing and registration areas are located in the Medical
Office Building (MOB), 260 Jefferson SE, and in the atrium
(lobby) of the Peter M. Wege Center for Health and Learning,
300 Lafayette.
Lab and X-ray Services
Lab Draws and basic X-ray services are performed on a walk
in basis with a valid order from your physician. You
do not need to pre-register for these services. Saint
Mary’s Health Care offers many convenient locations for
your lab and x-ray services. Please click on the link
